Service Description. This Site describes Residential Cleaning Service, Commercial Cleaning Service, Deep Cleaning Service, House Cleaning Service, Office Cleaning Service, Maid Service, Janitorial Service, Move Out Cleaning provided by A1 Premium Cleaning. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by A1 Premium Cleaning or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Charges. All service fees are agreed in writing in advance. Your service agreement specifies payment schedules and any refund provisions.
Account Closure. A1 Premium Cleaning reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. A1 Premium Cleaning disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A1 Premium Cleaning's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid A1 Premium Cleaning in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify A1 Premium Cleaning from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
